Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. nustar will close all duplicate Accounts and may forfeit all associated balances without notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, active mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
Registration of an Account does not automatically grant full platform access. nustar reserves the right to accept, defer, or decline any Account application at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of the KYC verification process described in Section 5.
nustar is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended) to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of:

The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time. Deposits from payment methods not listed, or from accounts not registered in your name, will be declined and returned.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. nustar does not charge fees on deposits made via approved local payment channels; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
nustar reserves the right to delay or decline crediting a deposit to your Account if the deposit cannot be verified, if the transaction appears inconsistent with your account history, or if anti-money-laundering checks require review. In such cases, nustar will contact you with details of any documentation required to complete verification.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — whether from family members, friends, or any other individual — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as having originated from a third party will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals of Real-Money Funds are available to Players who have completed KYC verification as described in Section 5. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings derived from meeting the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests submitted to nustar are processed in the order received. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day, subject to volume and security review queues. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. nustar does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking networks.
nustar applies a policy of returning funds to the payment method used for the original deposit where operationally feasible, consistent with anti-money-laundering best practices. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, nustar may request additional documentation before processing via an alternative method.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your nustar Account. nustar reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits based on account tier, verification status, and applicable regulatory requirements.
nustar offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. Those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
All bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry periods are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements. nustar reserves the right to void winnings derived from bonus funds if a Player is found to have violated promotion terms.
Strategies designed to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or claiming bonuses under false pretences — constitute bonus abuse. nustar reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at nustar's sole discretion.
Welcome bonuses and certain other promotions are available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who register multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses will have all duplicate Accounts closed and all associated funds forfeited.
All games available on the nustar Platform operate according to specific game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing real-money bets. nustar uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers under studio protocols designed to ensure game integrity.
In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, nustar reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account balance. nustar's determination of the outcome of any disputed game result, after internal review, is final. This licence does not permit you to: download, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or use any content for commercial purposes without nustar's express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the nustar Platform, including but not limited to:
nustar makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to games and services.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit nustar's liability for death or personal injury caused by nustar's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
nustar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if nustar has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction. Upon closure for breach, nustar may forfeit all Real-Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in the Account after deducting any applicable charges.
Players may request closure of their nustar Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, nustar will process any outstanding withdrawals of Real-Money Funds to which the Player is entitled after deducting any applicable fees and ensuring compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.
nustar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nustar will provide notice to registered Players via email or in-account notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the nustar Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and nustar arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to first contact nustar's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute in writing. nustar aims to acknowledge and investigate all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. nustar's internal determination of any complaint, following reasonable investigation, is final subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights to raise complaints with PAGCOR or any other applicable Philippine regulatory body in accordance with their respective procedures.
